Hello! I’m Megan, and I bring a hands-on passion for real estate to every client interaction. My journey began long before I became a realtor—helping build my first home from the ground up, from framing to siding to painting. That early experience ignited a lifelong love for homes and led me to actively invest in real estate.
Over the years, my husband and I have transformed properties into thriving investments. For instance, we’ve created several successful short-term rentals in Virginia by renovating homes in Blackstone, Colonial Beach (where we even added an addition), and Reedville. In addition, we own multiple long-term rentals that we purchased, renovated, and added value to. Our portfolio also includes a successful fix-and-flip in Chester, VA, and a townhome near Dollywood in Tennessee that serves as a short-term rental. Before making real estate my full-time career, I worked as a full-time hygienist. My background as a hygienist taught me the value of genuine compassion and personalized, one-on-one communication. These skills now enable me to truly understand my clients’ unique needs and provide them with a supportive, trust-filled real estate experience. Today, I’m dedicated to real estate not just because I help clients buy and sell properties, but because I actively invest in the same markets I recommend. As I continue to navigate the emotional and financial hurdles of buying and selling myself, I can truly relate to the challenges my clients face.
When I’m not immersed in real estate, I cherish time with my husband, our two Italian Mastiffs, two cats, and five chickens. Above all, my most important priorities in life are God and my family. I look forward to partnering with you to make your real estate journey both rewarding and successful.
